Tove Rasmussen
Tove Rasmussen has recently affiliated with Reynolds Resource Group, LLC Tove Rasmussen has a passion for reducing poverty in the world through utilizing business skills to help people help themselves. She brings a considerable business executive background to assist entrepreneurs in both disadvantaged and advantaged areas grow their businesses, through coaching, management consulting, meeting facilitation, writing, teaching and speaking.
Tove is on the New Initiatives Funding Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maine. She is also a consultant for the Grow organization in Uganda, providing consulting advice to help Ugandan businesses grow. She works with at-risk teen-agers, immigrants and low income families at LearningWorks in Portland, Maine.
With a strong background as a business executive, Ms. Rasmussen has led the growth of the Dairy Division of IDEXX Laboratories and of the Packaging Services Division of Sonoco. She has also managed Sales and the Supply Chain for the Honeywell start up, PowderFlo, successfully completing its sale. Prior to this, she ran a $100 million manufacturing facility for RR Donnelley, and the sales, marketing and manufacturing of the family flexible plastics packaging firm. Ms. Rasmussen began her career in publishing, quickly rising to become editor of public policy publications, including The Public Sector, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety News, , the COHSN Workers’ Compensation Handbook and video.
Tove has a BA, Political Science Major and African Studies Minor from the University of Toronto. Following these studies she travelled to East Africa for several months to experience what was really happening there. Ms. Rasmussen holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, the top business school in Canada. She is also a Certified Management Accountant. Tove has completed the Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals from the Coaches Training Institute in Washington, DC.
Tove lives with her dog Zoey in Portland, Maine – enjoying hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter and the ocean all year round.

Marjorie L Sanson
Marjorie Sanson has recently affiliated with Reynolds Resource Group.
Marjorie is a communications and development professional with 35 yearsof experience in the diverse fields of housing, medicine, journalism, and aerospace. She is skilled in persuasive writing, with special emphasis on the cultivation of private, corporate, and foundation donors. Decades of writing and editing positions have produced proven mastery in transforming complex, highly technical information into succinct, easy-to-understand text.
In a decade of program management within a premiere Cape Cod nonprofit, Marjorie has used strong relationship-building skills to establish diverse community partnerships and produce annual revenues exceeding $1 million.
Before embarking on her career in nonprofit program management, Marjorie spent 25 years in the field of communications, in particular medical publishing and print journalism.
Marjorie holds a B.A. from William Smith College and an M.A. from State University of New York – Binghamton. She has served on local human service agency boards and on the Wellfleet Housing Authority.
Marjorie is seeking opportunities to use her communications skills and management experience to further the success of nonprofit organizations.
