Meet Catherine Reynolds, MA, MSW, LCSW, CPC
Catherine Reynolds realized that many nonprofit organizations lack funding for needed community programs and services. She observed that many nonprofit organizations face challenges in recruiting talent to their organizations.
In addition, she discerned that the majority of these organizations and individuals employed therein did not have an affordable accountability coach or mentor to help them achieve their aspirations.
Catherine, with an innate ability to discern organizational and personnel opportunities and issues, believed that she could provide this scope of services. That’s when Catherine originated the concept for RRG:
a business that provides exceptional affordable services and gives back to the local community.
-
Catherine has accumulated 25 years of professional experience: Eight years in human services and project management, and seventeen years with a tri-city technology staffing practice for Winter Wyman Companies, New England’s leading staffing firm. Catherine retired as a managing partner in 2002.

She studied Spanish at the Boston Language Institute and began full time graduate studies at Boston College in 2003 and graduated with an MA in Pastoral Ministry, and an MSW in Clinical Social Work. Catherine is a Licensed Certified Social Worker. Catherine previously earned an MA in Corporate and Political Communication from Fairfield University.
